Chocolate Velvet Ice Cream

Components two/three cup white sugar one/three cup unsweetened cocoa powder three egg yolks, crushed two two/three cups hefty cream one/three cup semisweet chocolate chips Instructions In big bowl, stir with each other sugar and cocoa. Include egg yolks and mix with electrical mixer. Include cream a small at a time, beating nicely following every addition. Chill combination in fridge. Whilst cream combination is chilling, grate chocolate chips in blender or meals processor or utilizing a rotary grater, till good. Stir into cream combination. Freeze in canister of ice cream maker in accordance to manufacturer's directions.
